cb6ks with Diapers

Hello all I’ve at last discovered how to wear the cb6ks without enduring burning discomfort, overly tight rings, and other troubles. I finally got the fit right (it took roughly two years! so when you read others here telling you to be patient, they really mean it.) I have been wearing diapers (DL, not AB) for a decade now because that is what my wife desired for me, and life goes on like that. But since we are introducing the cage now, she worries about potential issues arising from using both simultaneously? I’ve looked through this site’s archives and checked Google first, but no major problems have surfaced yet so I thought I would simply ask. I believe cleanliness is key here? I already shower daily and I assume adding a bit of soap into the device should be sufficient to maintain overall hygiene, along with taking it off often for cleaning, correct? Any further advice? thoughts? warnings? Thank you for your responses.
