DIY Crafting an Orthopedic Fiberglass and Steel Chastity Belt

Hello, [Image: Image] i’ve chosen to try making my own belt again. I believe this is attempt number five overall, and the second time going with fiberglass. I’m no professional maker; i do it for personal “pleasure,” as much as one can claim that about wearing a chastity belt;) The design combines steel and fiberglass components: o 2x custom-fit fiberglass hip molds attached to a steel waistband for maximum comfort with rubber padding on the interior (created from liquid latex milk) o a custom-fit fiberglass cup covering both testicles and penis o a steel crotch band featuring a large anal opening, with an integrated mount designed for a lockable buttplug My primary objective was: wearing comfort. That’s exactly where previous steel belts let me down. While they effectively prevented orgasm (or even erection in some models due to sharp pain spikes;) ), the metal never quite conformed well enough to the natural curve of human hip bones. Once I mastered handling fiberglass molds during my first fiberglass belt attempt, i opted for a modular design. It’s simpler to construct and allows easier repairs without scrapping or modifying the entire assembly. The crafting is complete, but fitting it up has taken forever:twisted: Actually, the “fitting” phase is longer than the module construction itself. Good news though: the hip fit is nearly done and very comfortable. I used a plaster mold of my hips, similar to how orthopedic specialists create braces for conditions like scoliosis (thanks to youtube intel:) ) I’ll share some photos soon of the half-finished belt. The front locking mechanism is still pending as i fine-tune adjustments before finalizing everything. Completed so far:

• • fiberglass molds

• short-term fit (comfortable for a few hours)

• fits penis and testicles perfectly, no pressure points or foreskin swelling
• currently adjusting the ideal hip distances; aiming for perfection there:)

• all 3 modules finished (belt, cup, anal plate)
• padding works best without extra layers on the hips Still pending:

• • medium and long-term fitting, specifically 24-hour comfort
• front lock
• paint finish
