High sitting anatomy - other options available?

I don’t have much hands-on experience with real chastity devices, preferring the “honor system.” However, I picked up an original CB-2000 ages ago and found it couldn’t be used. As I noted in our discussion on the “honor system,” my anatomy tends to sit high and tight. Although the smaller “A” rings of the CB-2000 seemed appropriately sized, the “B” ring that connects to the cage is way too large—resulting more in a crushing sensation than trapping.

So I have a few questions: Does anyone else share similar anatomy? Any solutions? Are those newer “trapped ball” designs any better here? It seems none of them provide different sizes for the “B” ring. Does the silicon flexibility of the “bird locked” models offer any benefits in this area? I haven’t noticed much discussion about full belt devices like “Locked in Steel,” but perhaps I missed it. Jamie
