Urination Issues While Wearing a Chastity Device

I’m a 44-year-old guy from India. My collection includes three steel cages, one silicone model, two plastic ones, and a 3D-printed Mamba Cage. I struggle to urinate in all of them. Since my job is in construction, the toilets are usually dirty, so sitting isn’t an option for me. Urine tends to spray everywhere, often soaking my pants. My flaccid size is about 1-1.5 inches. All these cages were shipped from China to India. Because I can’t measure them accurately, I keep receiving ones that are either too small or too large. I also have a steel device with an urethral pipe, but it hasn’t helped much. Does anyone have any suggestions?
