I’ve just purchased the Spiked Chamber chastity device from Extreme Restraints. … -cage.html It seems meant for brief periods of wear, specifically when I’m feeling particularly submissive or masochistic. I’ve never used a urethral insert before and assume lubrication will be necessary. What does everyone (or “y’all,” as we say here in North Carolina) suggest?
