Achieving orgasm during locking up inside a cb3000

Hi everyone. I own an older model cb3000. My wife and I have recently gotten serious about this lifestyle. Sadly, after being locked up for roughly three or four days, I can manage to reach orgasm. People say you can pull out while in the device, but I never imagined achieving orgasm with it still inside. Last night I tested those pressure points on my cage, though they were too painful. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there a solution? Right now, self discipline is doing the work for me. But if I had plenty of that naturally, I wouldn’t need to wear the belt.
