Curve Length versus Girth

My fiancé and I went ahead and got a Curve for me since my inner diameter requires the bigger size. However, there’s quite a bit of empty room at the back end… I’m attempting to wear it without using a spacer, but that isn’t working because they didn’t include a pin short enough to make that possible… any advice?
