As I try to share some details here, I hope others will jump in on a few of my questions. I’ve owned the CB6ks for roughly two months. My experience wearing them has been mixed, much like with the 3k model. Here is what I have figured out:
- It’s crucial that all ridges left from the molding process are smoothed out. Sanding helps (a great tip from Mistress Watchful on another site).
- Hydration matters a lot. Just keep in mind that caffeine doesn’t count toward your water intake. Having plenty of fluid in your body generally keeps skin flexible.
- The pulling feeling from the rings can be controlled. Everyone has their preferred ointment, and A&D has worked wonders for me. Here is a trick: gently pull the skin back through the ring towards the base to keep the balls snug. If you get that sleepy afternoon erection (am I alone in this?), just slide the skin back through again; it works both ways.
- Choosing the right pants and underwear makes a big difference. Some prefer tight undies, others don’t mind looser fits—it’s all personal taste.
- The ring and cage tend to twist with most CB devices I’ve tested. You just stop, adjust, and continue. If there isn’t twisting, it might be because the ring is so tight that other issues arise.
- The skin of the scrotal sac needs flexibility to handle erections, temperature changes, etc. Keep this in mind while you are walking around.
- Carrying a small tube of vaseline lip balm for daytime lubrication can provide great relief from friction problems.
I am looking into two options:
- A PA attachment compatible with CB devices.
- A metal cage, ideally one made by Mature Metal. He seems to have an excellent attitude and understands his craft well, knowing that customer success drives his business. I considered the Lori tube as well, but she can be quite difficult. If I spend $700, I want assurance it will fit properly. Since production might take 3-4 months, my size could change during that time. Remember, for every 35lb lost, a man can gain up to an inch of penis length.
My worries about metal cages mirror those regarding plastic ones: how much do they protrude under clothing? I usually wear suits or suit trousers and don’t want colleagues noticing. While I like the sloped design of the 6ks, it still sticks out a bit. How does chafing fare with stainless steel, especially from Mature Metal? The CB series has given me serious friction issues recently. I am currently recovering from my last three-day period where the device completely encircled my testicles. I inspect it daily, but yesterday it rubbed a thin line that turned into a bloody scab. I blame myself partly for not drinking enough water; I noticed the elasticity was off and should have consumed more.
Any thoughts? Insights? Things to consider?
