In my past posts I have explained that under our chastity contract I wear a device from waking until 11:30 PM each night. Here is how to make the anti-pullout device: Buy thermo plastic modelling granules from eBay or Amazon. Submerge enough in hot water to form a small ball, then roll between your hands into a tube about 5cm long and 2cm wide. Hold your chastity ring against it, place the tube under the ring, press slightly to mold the rear shape, then wrap the front part of the thermo plastic around the ring pin and mould down the front. Let it cool while controlling the shape; any modifications can be made by putting the device back in hot water. Finally, once you have the basic form, place both the device and attached ring in hot water so 2mm melts, then push onto your chastity cage to self-mould. The pictures will make this clear.

Make final fit adjustments by wearing and removing it to add or remove plastic as needed. Once comfortable, insert the needles and flap to finalize the anti-pullout feature. To create the small flap, melt a tiny ball of plastic, press it thin into shape while hot, and attach it to the front of the device. Because it is thin, it bends when cold. This acts as a shield for the needles; if you remove yourself from the cage, it returns to an open position. Even without inserting the needles, this prevents re-entry (I have tested it), but the needles ensure that even if high arousal makes you try anyway, this final trap is a 100% deterrent unless you enjoy sharp needles and don’t mind being unable to get back in.

I hope all potential and current chastity wearers who were disappointed with commercial devices see value here. Those older models are often insecure or have spikes that make practical daily wear difficult. This design is comfortable for 24/7 use because you can now utilize a larger ring; the anti-pullout mechanism stops you from pulling out even through a loose fit, ensuring both comfort and security.
