Should I be concerned about the blood?

This morning my wife got me very worked up while I was in my cage (Watchful Mistress, correctly sized). Afterwards we noticed I had shot a couple of drops of blood out along with some pretty sizable dribbling. She then unlocked me. A couple of hours later I peed and when I did it first was a small drop of blood that I think had been sitting just inside me. And then all pee with no additional blood. Again just a couple of drops. But in both cases I ejaculated the blood. It came from inside my penis. Do I need to worry? ps - I have a Dr. appt for tomorrow to have them check.
