I’m looking for some advice on a persistent soreness issue. My Steelworx lock is working well, but the ring encircling my cock and scrotum starts to hurt after a few days in. The discomfort gets worse when it’s cold because everything tends to pull inward without being able to retreat. The pain focuses at the top where the penile base meets the abdomen, turning the skin quite red. It can get really uncomfortable, but letting go for a couple of days allows healing and things return to normal. I’d be grateful if anyone has found a fix, as I want to stay locked longer. Creams and gels haven’t helped with lubrication though. The ring is 50mm across—the biggest size available—but anything larger lets the balls slip out, making the device ineffective.
