I searched the forum for this topic but couldn’t find much information. For those who don’t know, KTB stands for Kali’s Teeth Bracelet. While the Intense and Severe models might not be ideal for extended wear, the Mild version is considered suitable by the maker ( I own the Intense Version; so far, I can only tolerate wearing it for up to 3 days. I have posted some pictures in the Album.
SGR = Spiked Glans Ring – this device works well for intermittent chastity and or CBT. I’ve worn just the SGR on its own as well as paired with the KTB (see photo). Today marks my third morning waking up while wearing it, which is a new personal best; I’m not sure how much longer I can manage before taking it off. When the SGR is in place, masturbation becomes impossible!
CCC = Cum Control Collar – this looks like an SGR but is significantly narrower. If fastened tightly enough, it strongly restricts ejaculation—though achieving orgasm is still possible sometimes (for instance, by using vibration from a device like an electric toothbrush).
