Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’m having trouble locating a device that stays put when I’m flaccid. Most devices aren’t perfect unless you get a custom one, but I really am finding it hard to pick the right one. When I measure myself while soft, from where my penis meets my scrotum down to about the tip, I come in at around 1.5 inches and I have foreskin. I can manage a ring size of 45mm and am currently considering this great option (S cage), but is it small enough?

Or should I go for this instead?
