Full Belts discussion

I have been wearing a cage style device (Watchful Mistress by Mature Metal) for over two years now. It has only come off on a few occasions during that time, and just for very short periods. My wife/Mistress is looking for something more secure and wants a belt but we really don’t see how to keep clean in a full belt. We like the Neosteel Arch but the solid tube seems impossible to clean thoroughly without removal. We were really excited to find the BT Sport by Belted Love but it doesn;t seem to be in production. How do people keep belts clean? She doesn’t want to be removing it every week or two, she’d rather lock it and just leave it. Permanently. Does anyone have experience leaving a belt on for months on end? Are we wrong? Can you keep a solid tube belt clean?
