Hello! I’m considering buying my first chastity device. Yesterday, I came across a post on CM explaining the proper way to measure up. It discussed measuring length accurately and such things. However, I can’t locate that specific thread anymore. Does anyone recall which post it was? Alternatively, could someone share some tips on accurate measurement methods?
Regarding different kinds of devices, what are the advantages and disadvantages of plastic units compared to steel ones for a beginner like me?
From my observations so far, plastic models appear quite enclosed with only a small number of ventilation holes. They don’t seem to permit much airflow. Do they tend to make you feel hot and sweaty inside them?
Also, how durable are these plastic constructions? (I won’t be engaging in overly vigorous activity while wearing it). The metal options look like they provide significantly better air circulation, which is a benefit. However, their weight could be a drawback for first-time users who haven’t experienced the difference yet. Plus, the ones I’ve noticed so far appear slightly longer than plastic versions. Is there a particular reason for this length (or have I just encountered an unrepresentative few of metal cages?)
If everything goes according to plan and once I’m accustomed to it, my intention is to wear one around the clock. Best regards
