How many of you practice chastity without using a physical device? For those who skip the hardware, how much does it matter to have something tangible on your body?

It's crucial for me that I'm wearing a device. I've experimented with the honour system. It felt like an irritating mental load. With actual hardware in place, I can relax and submit more easily. Hopefully my point comes across clearly Kind Regards, Chastiff
