Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hello everyone and Keyholders, I’m still getting my head around chastity, but I feel it might be right for me. It could help with self-control and make me more attentive to my wife. The only hurdle is that I haven’t brought it up with her yet. She’s quite conservative and has a lower libido. So, my first question: any advice on how to bring it up? I’m concerned she might see it as rejection. I’d love to hear from others about how they started the conversation. Secondly, I don’t have a cage yet but would appreciate some guidance on what to look for and how to measure properly. I think plastic is a good starting point, so I’m looking at CB range options. How strict should I be? Should it keep me fully flaccid all the time? Also, are cheaper clones worth it as a first step? I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on something that just gathers dust.
