Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Where to begin… So last night after being permitted to orgasm I had a sort of realization. The past week has been spent completely obsessed with sex and my penis. I haven’t been able to think or focus on anything else, neglecting work and feeling detached from friends. I love being locked up as much as anyone, but if it takes over my whole life, I can’t manage it. At the moment I’ve decided to limit myself to looking at porn and browsing here for just an hour or so in the evening. I’m not sure what else there is to do:( Has anyone else experienced this? How do you handle being so horny around the clock? What helps take your mind off it and allow focus?
