Do any of these gadgets truly hold up during long-term use?

I’ve moved through a consistent series of metal gadgets. Now, I feel like off-the-rack options just can’t deliver the setup/quality/etc that I’m looking for. So it’s time to invest some real cash. This leads me to ask – is there genuine success possible by getting the right gadget? For me, success means:

• A ball-trap style piece you can wear almost constantly (with proper hygiene, cleaned daily in showers and maybe once a week unlocked)
• it rarely causes skin breakdown or irritation
• as part of that ability to be worn overnight, it does NOT: need rubber tubing/special extra mods or constant maintenance (beyond standard cleaning) require oil and/or lubricant multiple times each day In other words, before I drop $250-$1000 on more metal, do these things actually hold up? I see a lot of threads about sizing, some “i’ve ordered it!” posts, and very few “here’s an N-week report” updates… Can anyone share real success stories? Have you worn the same piece mostly 24/7 without hassle for six months? A year? Is that rare? muchas danken
