I’ve had a chastity cage on for roughly twelve months. We made the switch to a CB6000s about three months ago since my size allows me to wear it correctly… previously, the standard CB6000 felt excessively large.
Before I started wearing one, I did quite a bit of study. This all happened before my Wife became aware of anything, though that’s a story for later.
I had assumed that seeing photos of men in chastity meant it was comfortable… that you could carry on with life fairly comfortably, yet always be aware of the device…
But I was WRONG. Contrary to what I’d read, I thought it wouldn’t bother me much. It’s not truly painful, but it is uncomfortable and there are moments when pain creeps in … bearable … but still pain.
As others have noted, my cock and balls weren’t designed with locking them inside plastic in mind. Compounding the issue, I retain my pubic hair which creates trouble. My wife refuses to let me shave, so that’s off the table for now. I suspect she enjoys seeing it bother me!
Standing is a blessing, and I do it whenever possible. Colleagues at work constantly suggest I take a seat, but I decline politely because sitting hurts. It drags on my scrotum and pubic hairs. Every minute serves as a reminder that I am wearing the device, just as intended!
Logically … it seems impossible for it to be fully comfortable, yet over time, the comfort “between my ears” improves. In short, you adapt. It pulls, tugs … burns … leaks … day after day. Wearing involves more than simply preventing erections or masturbation. If there were no discomfort … it wouldn’t feel like true chastity.
So, if you aren’t ready to accept the ache of wearing, perhaps try another option. You must give yourself time. I highly advise choosing silicone. It beats everything else, so find a way to pay for it if possible. It endures well and is truly wonderful.
I deal with extra issues that many of you don’t face. For five years now, I’ve been taking testosterone (legally). This has caused my testicles to shrink considerably. As a result, my balls sometimes slip out of the ring. To fix this, I use a pink leather shoelace-style strap from my Wife that ties behind my scrotum to minimize the gap where a testicle can escape. Obviously, using the smallest ring helped, but it brings increased discomfort.
I wouldn’t be in this predicament if I’d been a better husband and shared intimacy with my wife rather than masturbating several times daily! This has strengthened our marriage more than ever … so that’s a positive outcome.
Good luck, and feel free to reach out if I can assist.
