Is the Steelheart too tight?

I picked up my Steelheart earlier this week and I’m trying to figure out if the fit is too snug or just right.

I went with the 38mm size because 44mm looked like it would be way too large for me.

One thing that stood out: while cleaning it using the Thumper method, soapy water doesn’t seem to flow through at all. Also, when I removed it after wearing it for 24 hours, my penis appeared somewhat pale and anemic. It made me wonder if blood circulation is being restricted enough to matter. However, once it was out for a little while, the color returned to normal.

Urination isn’t a problem at all, nor do I feel overly constricted in that area.

I asked Dietmar whether he produces tubes with sizes between 38mm and 44mm, and his initial answer was ‘no’. Has anyone else seen him make those intermediate sizes before?

Additionally, my Steelheart hangs rather low. Since I naturally have a lower-hanging scrotum, does anyone have tips on how to manage this for the next device?
