What do you do when your keyholder goes quiet?

My online keyholder has gone quiet for over a week. No warning, just stopped replying. I am locked, I have my own backup key so I am safe, but I am a mix of worried about her and hurt that I have heard nothing.

Do I keep messaging? Give her space? Assume the worst and unlock? I do not want to overreact if life just got busy, but the silence is really getting to me. How have others handled a keyholder dropping off the radar?
