How do you end something with someone you have never been in a room with?

Eight months, all remote, nothing wrong. I have just stopped wanting it and I would like to end it properly rather than becoming another person who slowly replies less until it dies.

The thing I am stuck on is what properly even looks like here. There is nothing to give back, nothing to move out, no meeting to have. It feels like it should be a call and it also feels absurd to schedule a call to say something that takes a minute.
