I’m thinking about switching from the cb6000s to an MM device. Because CB rings are chunky and less tubular, while MM devices feature thinner metal bands, I’d like some input on the spacer gap between the base ring and the cage or tube section. It seems to me that a CB style might pinch more easily, so perhaps a slightly wider gap is better for it compared to an MM setup. With my fairly loose scrotum, I feel I could manage with less than the usual 3/8 inch spacing on an MM unit. The cb6000s works fine at 1/4 inch, but that feels tight where the tube hits the scrotal area. Does anyone know if an MM device would reduce that pinch?
