I’ve been keeping an eye on the TetherSpout for quite some time, but it’s not easy to find clear info about this gadget. The website is “disorganized” at best. It looks like a solid option to boost security in existing chastity setups without needing piercings, yet detailed details are scarce. Sorry if these questions have already been addressed here; my search didn’t turn up much.

For those using the TetherSpout, how long do you wear it? Is it practical for extended use? Any UTI troubles or other complications? How well does it resist migration or “pull out”?

As an anchoring method for a chastity device, it seems viable. But how are most of you actually locking it in place? Do you thread a padlock through the side holes into your device’s tube? Does that make peeing messier? How do you handle dripping?

If you use a different way to lock it to your device, what is it? The threaded version doesn’t seem super secure—just unscrew it.

I would try the TetherSpout with my Holy Trainer first, then maybe test it with my CS-100 full belt.
