Does anyone here use the KSD together with their CB3000? I picked one up a few years back and found it highly effective, though the extra bulk pressed too hard against my testicles for extended wear. Plus, the rim of the KSD dug into my groin near the base of the penis.

I’ve since started using it with an extra-long spacer paired with a larger ring. This setup grips the penis firmly yet comfortably at about one-third up from the root, right where it enters the CB cage. The result is a very comfortable fit that doesn’t crush the balls at all. I also believe this reduces nighttime erection pain because there’s less pulling on the scrotum, avoiding that annoying burning sensation.

If you can tolerate wearing it, the KSD makes pullouts nearly impossible since you have to remove the cage entirely to get the glans past the ring. Tugging from behind is painful and ineffective anyway, and if you do manage a partial pullout, getting the foreskin back down becomes difficult—so there’s plenty of reason just to leave it be.

I always assumed tighter was better for security but worse for comfort. This approach seems like a solid compromise. It took me some time to figure out…
