Greetings all, I (43m) am married to a wife who is 32 years old, and I’m facing significant challenges with masturbation. My spouse doesn’t really support the idea of me wearing chastity gear, but she accepts it as long as it helps control my compulsive habit. That being said, things are improving for me, yet I could use some suggestions regarding punishments I can administer to myself. Since gaming is a hobby of mine, I’ve put away my console, though I worry that might not suffice. Any thoughts on what else works? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
