I recently swapped out the large (46.5 mm) ring for a medium one (44 mm) on my Vice Mini. The reason was that one of my testicles slipped past the trap after five months in the same setup. Since I already use the small spacer with my cage, downsizing to the smaller ring was just about closing up the gap. It really surprised me because I had been using an extra large (50 mm) ring on those cheaper cages before. I’ve also switched over to the small anti-pullout piece instead of the medium size. It took a bit of adjustment so that I wouldn’t get irritation at the pinching spot under the glans from erections trying to break through. The smaller anti-pullout keeps my head positioned correctly, ensuring urine exits straight out the pee hole rather than leaking through the other ventilation holes. I believe the anti-pullout holds and supports the penis better, which takes stress off the ring and allows me to wear a much tighter size than before. Plus, I don’t get any of that old ring irritation anymore. Everything fits really snugly now, which is exactly how I like it. I’m one of those people who wants gym shoes tight, with my big toes right at the end. If I were female, leggings would be all day, every day. With the cage fitting perfectly, life is good!
