It’s been a tough year for lots of us globally, with everything feeling more unpredictable and daunting no matter where you turn. Let’s hope we can all enjoy Christmas joyfully, whether inside or outside our specific bubbles depending on location.
Being in the Southern Hemisphere means summer here, so Christmas Day usually brings ham, salad, BBQs, and that essential Pavlova dessert right here in NZ. There’s plenty of cold beer and wine to go around, plus friends and family gathered up as much as current rules permit (luckily for us, no real restrictions). Obviously, folks from the Northern Hemisphere celebrate quite differently, but hopefully with just as much good spirit.
