Hello everyone! I’m a newcomer and eager to share my journey with my very first real chastity device.
By “first proper,” I mean the one before this was homemade. That worked okay, but it protruded too much under my pants.
First off, I didn’t want to drop a fortune on my initial device in case it turned out not to fit well and couldn’t be returned, wasting my money.
I spotted several local sex toy shops selling the CB6000 model, but their prices were absurdly high… over £100!
After digging around online, I discovered a nearly identical unit called 16HAO (which is why that’s my username). Amazon UK had it for only £17.99!!! It shipped directly from China, so the two-week wait was quite frustrating.
Unlike the CB6000, this one comes in a flesh tone… The closest match to that on the CB6000 is “girly pink,” which seems better suited for sissy cucks. I’m straight and definitely not sissy, so the natural color worked perfectly for me.
After wearing it with the largest ring size, on and off, over several days, I identified its flaws and engineered solutions (I work as an Engineer).
The first issue was the tight radii at the inner corners of both sides of the ring and where they meet the cock tube. For better comfort, I smoothed these out to be larger and rounder using various grits of sandpaper.
Secondly, there’s the locking mechanism… a small padlock. While securing this gives immediate satisfaction for your new owner, it is quite loose; if you jump around or wiggle your caged groin suggestively, it rattles and slaps against itself. The noise could easily give away its presence to coworkers, leading to awkward moments if they get curious about the sound!
Also, the metal parts of the padlock can corrode after prolonged exposure to water, such as showering with it on, which might eventually jam the key mechanism. This leaves you stuck without a way out unless you have bolt cutters or an angle grinder handy. Plus, the lock is heavy and adds to the general discomfort. To fix these issues, I devised a much lighter, corrosion-resistant, low-profile, silent, and secure alternative using an A2 Stainless Steel M3 Allen screw paired with Nylocs (self-locking nuts).
The final flaw was actually a shocking design error… Even when worn correctly and supposedly locked by the padlock that only your owner can remove, the two side locating pins are surprisingly easy to pull out with just your fingers. The result? The top part of the ring detaches, causing instant release! This completely undermines the purpose of locking it securely in the first place. Some wearers try cheating by pulling their penis out… but no need for that. Just remove the two pins over a couple of seconds and you’re as free as a bird!
Naturally, I found a 100% secure solution for this too… I drilled precise 2mm holes in each side pin, about 5mm from the end, and crafted locking pins from 1.6mm hard-drawn Copper wire that slide into these holes to stop them pulling back out. The 90-degree loops at the other ends keep the pins attached to the center pin using a single lock—the same one used for the device itself. Now I feel completely secure and inescapably locked up when wearing my device, which is very reassuring.
I also notice many people recommending specific lubricants for easy shaft insertion into the tube… The best lube I’ve found for this purpose (and likely the cheapest) is good old Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly). No need to buy pricey Silicone lubes at all. I’ll try to upload a photo showing how these locking pins look once installed.
