I picked up a CB6000S about two months back. I’ve been using it intermittently, trying to get used to the fit. I believe I’ve found the right combination of ring and spacer (the second-largest ring with the smallest spacer). It’s generally comfortable; however, if I touch my testicles, they feel a bit cold, especially when I’m erect, though they stay warm while relaxed. Interestingly, their color doesn’t change even when they feel cold—they sometimes get chilly even outside the cage—so it hasn’t been an issue. The real problem arose when I decided to wear it continuously for a week. It went well at first with little to no pain, but on day three, I developed sharp pains originating from inside my scrotum, and my skin began discoloring. After removing the device, the pain faded over a couple of hours. I then tried the next size up ring with the smallest spacer, and eventually, that same pain returned. If I increase the spacer thickness instead, it feels like my testicles are getting crushed between the ring and the tube. Any advice would be wonderful!:) Also, once I nail down the sizing, I’m considering a custom cage because the CB6000S seems quite small for me; do you think I’d face similar issues? Thanks again!
