Jail Bird Chafing on the Underside Base of the Cock

Hello everyone,

I own a Jail Bird and really enjoy it, but after wearing it for about four or five days, I start to notice a stinging sensation on the underside of my cock’s base. When I remove the cage, there’s often a small raw spot where the cage has rubbed against that area.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? MM mentioned two possibilities: maybe the gap is too narrow (which aligns with the chafing and burning feeling), or perhaps the cage length allows my cock to move back and forth enough to cause irritation. Another possibility could be moisture buildup in that inner skin area leading to breakdown.

Are there other potential causes? Has anyone else dealt with this?
