How do you stay locked at work without it being obvious?

Thinking about wearing to the office instead of only at home, but I am nervous about the practical side. Bathroom trips, sitting for hours, and honestly just the fear that someone will somehow notice.

It is a fairly normal workplace, nothing physical, but I do not want a slip-up turning into a story. For those who wear all day at work, how do you handle it discreetly? Is there anything you wish you had known before the first full day in?

Nobody notices. I promise you that after the first hour the paranoia fades and you realise it is entirely in your head. Wear something a size roomier for the first week if it settles your nerves. Sitting is the only real adjustment, and you sort that by shifting position, same as anyone would.
