Now that I’ve begun wearing my cage around the clock, nighttime has become a bit of an issue. Sleeping in it isn’t hard because of fit or irritation; rather, the metal device is heavy enough and noticeable enough to keep me constantly aware of its presence.

I considered trying a silicone version overnight to help me rest better. However, the downside is that a soft cage doesn’t stop my penis from becoming erect. It feels almost like I’m not wearing anything at all—which is comfortable—but because silicone bends easily, there’s plenty of room for things to swell up inside.

My plan is to use the flexible option to get more comfortable with overnight wear while still being confident that it provides enough restraint compared to a metal lock.
