Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Hello guys! I am currently locked in a chinese metal cage. I am uncircumcised and I wear it with my foreskin pulled back. I have a problem with my foreskin swelling especially under the gland. I would like to order a custom Evotion Wearables Orion and I wonder if it could solve the swelling problem since it is going to be adapted. Is there anyone uncircumcised with an Orion here who can give me advice or their experience? Is there anyone who had swelling problem and solve it with a custom cage?
