The Vice is an excellent device for preventing pull-outs, making it well-suited for long-term use. I purchased the original model roughly two years back and encountered a few problems with the clamp—it damaged the chrome finish and broke some rings—but I must commend LockedInLust’s customer service as outstanding. The comfort level is very high, particularly for extended wear (lasting weeks without needing to take it off).
