Hey everyone, I was curious to hear how you manage the aftercare for piercings, like a PA. From what I gather, strict hygiene is key and requires rinsing with saline two or three times daily. But how do you handle this when your genital area is mostly covered while wearing a cage? Thanks!

During the healing phase, soak in sea salt water. Once it's fully healed, regular soap and tap water are usually enough since your urine helps keep things clean.
