I own a knock-off holy trainer and I’d like to add more ventilation holes for better hygiene. If I don’t have power tools, what’s the optimal method?

To be honest, I can't think of a cleaner alternative to doing it without a power drill.

Why not grab a stainless steel model and use sandpaper? It will take a long time but the result is truly custom. Power tools are incredibly affordable these days; why not just use them?
