Frequently, when I’m away from home, my member pulls back inward, which makes securing a chastity device difficult. Could anyone suggest products that work well for this issue?

That's a solid cage. You might need to curve the front two bars inward slightly so your glans doesn't protrude too much.

The headlock mechanism on the Cherry Keeper is great for stopping turtling. If you ask @G42G he can share his thoughts on how well it stops retraction...
