Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve purchased and experimented with different chastity devices over time, but the rings always seem too tight. The biggest size I’ve managed to use is 54 mm, though those are hinged ones that hurt a bit when putting them on. When I take my measurements, it suggests I need about 2.5 inches or roughly 63 mm. I’ve considered taking one of the hinged models and breaking or modifying it to make it larger. Does anyone have other ideas? Has anyone else had custom pieces made? It surprises me that there aren’t more adjustable devices with straps out there. My overall size isn’t huge; while the length of bigger cages works fine for me, the rings are the issue. Maybe because my testicles sit higher up most days despite being an older gentleman, I’m not alone in this situation. Full enclosure units and piercings just don’t work for us. Any thoughts?
