Hey all, I’ve been checking out full belts. Could someone with one explain whether your testicles stay outside the belt if you have a tube for urination? It seems pretty painful on certain designs.

I’m after something that covers both my penis and balls completely. Any ideas? I looked into Tollyboy’s options, but he doesn’t seem to be making them much anymore. Thanks in advance for any tips or details.
