I ran into problems with a budget-friendly metal version I purchased, but this one feels much more reliable. Right now there’s absolutely no discomfort; however, I think my main issue is that my scrotum doesn’t stretch enough (is ‘stretchyness’ even a word? Lol). My testicles seem to be pressing up against the cage. Overall, I’m quite fond of it.
