Picked up Another Steelworxx Steelheart!

I’m wearing my Steelheart again. It isn’t something I use constantly, but whenever I do, it reminds me how much I enjoy this piece of equipment; the fit is just slightly off. As my first custom device, I opted for a size that was too big in every dimension. The tube ends up being roughly 15mm longer than ideal. The ring fits well enough, though trimming 1-2mm would likely be better. My uncertainty lies with the tube diameter; mine measures 35mm, while the next step down is 29mm. That feels like a significant difference! There is some extra room, which helps with cleaning, but perhaps more than necessary.

Has anyone else switched from 35 to 29mm using a Steelheart or comparable Steelworxx model? I know everyone’s body differs slightly, and the open cage design offers some flexibility. My main concern isn’t tightness itself, but whether urine flow and hygiene would suffer within a day or two if it were too snug, making cleaning nearly impossible without taking it off.
