Question about sizing

I’m new here and currently figuring out the right size for my first device. I’m leaning towards starting with an HT, and I plan to pick up plastic rings in various sizes to help measure my base ring. However, when I started measuring my flaccid penis, I noticed it’s about 10 mm longer than what is typically considered standard length for an HT. Will that be a problem?
