Rigid chastity device experiences and service quality

I placed an order with Rigid Chastity on Sunday, and as of this Wednesday it still looks like they haven’t processed it yet—not that I’ve seen them charge my card or confirm the purchase. Others have mentioned their process can be sluggish, but I’m curious if anyone here has used both their service and one of their devices? I’ve come across some excellent PA devices, though most cause a bit of discomfort because of my foreskin. The S-hook is unique; it’s the first device I’ve seen with an integrated PA lock specifically for guys who have a foreskin, so I’m really optimistic about this one. Thanks in advance.
