Trouble with Devices

I have a problem with my HT rings: the small one and the next size up are causing trouble. I also use a steel device with a 1.5 ring, but that HT small ring is too tight—my balls turn red. For the others, my balls keep slipping out. Is anyone else dealing with these same issues?
