Lock Gadget From China

I purchased this gadget from China a while back. I haven’t used it since the start, even though I knew right away that I needed to wear it.

It’s on now, but there is an issue: sometimes the lock won’t go through and stays open.

Eventually I managed to get it past and secured, but then I couldn’t pull it out. Fortunately, I did so without my member inside.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
