Hello all, My partner and I are relatively new to chastity, although we’ve essentially always operated with a female-led dynamic. We both genuinely wanted this step into chastity and were very excited for it. It’s been something we’ve really enjoyed, and we discuss it frequently. That said, I’m curious: how long did it take you men to let go of some of that male ego? By “ego,” I don’t mean turning into a sissy; rather, how soon did you start listening more closely and becoming willing to follow requests, even when those requests weren’t sexual in nature? My partner and I have debated this quite a bit. I’ve tried reassuring him that submitting won’t make me see him as any less of a man or diminish his status. Still, he clearly has concerns that yielding more control will reduce his masculinity. I’d love to hear how the men here manage this feeling and how they evolved in this area.
