Crafting a Chastity Device Tailored for Tease and Denial

Has anyone considered creating a chastity device tailored to boost teasing and denial, or even for use as “punishment”? I’m familiar with pins and spikes. But what about the cage’s structure itself? For my part, I’m leaning toward having a JB made by Mature Metal. Ideally, it would have a fairly narrow opening but a wider shaft further down. Since my erections tend to be robust, that narrower entrance could act like a cock ring while letting my girth swell past it.
