We are past a year of keyholding and it has quietly become routine. Not bad, just flat. The early buzz where every lock felt like an event has faded into something we barely mention anymore.
I do not want to drop it, because we both still like the idea, but going through the motions is not doing much for either of us. For the long-timers here, how do you keep it feeling alive once the novelty is gone? Is a plateau normal, or a sign we need to change how we do it?
